Shaping up as at least top-8, which is what I was hoping for pre-season. I knew the Jazz were not going to be as bad as the true tankers. And as much as we say "trade Williams," "trade Jefferson" there simply aren't many deals that make sense for both teams. Trading a bench player who is making an all-star caliber salary is not easy. If DL manages to make any kind of trade, I'll be geniunely shocked.
In short, we'll have this same team until the bitter end. We're on pace to certainly finish behind Milwaukee and Philadelphia. Orlando has surprisingly won a few, but has 4 more losses than Utah. I guess we're in that group with Cleveland, Boston, Sacramento and the Lakers, with NY still in the danger zone. I haven't given up hope yet, but I think 6-8 is the most likely landing spot. Assume Embiid, Wiggins, Parker and Exum go 1-4 in some order. That leaves Utah choosing from the next tier down.
