What's acceptable win total for next season?

Assume Hayward comes back and we add a couple rookies, maybe one solid FA, etc... What win total would you be content with? 48 for me. No reason we can't win 50. Need a new coach first.

Let's say we win 24 games this year. I'd say anything over 35 would be great and showing improvement by the young guys.

we could realistically win 44+ games\

phx already has 44 games.
this roster is better then phx.
so with the right coach close to 50 is possible

In the West? I have no idea. I would hope we would be challenging for a playoff seed though.

We would win 45+ in the East easily doe.

premature questionization. This team will look very different next year. I, for one, would like a vague sketch of what it will look like before I start predicting how it will behave.

I think if we win 25 games this season than 35 is reasonable expectation next year. 40 would be huge surprise.

How come? Please provide some serious analysis of both rosters. I will start - Bench ( Jazz worst in NBA)

only player i prefer from phx roster would be bledsoe.

any gm would prefer jazz players.

sadly individual players dont make a team.

COHESION!

Either 0 or 82 are correct answers. Anything in between is failure.

That is some surprising stats. I wonder if it is because Kanter and Burks were forced to be on the bench. But lets look at our preferred young core starters - Burke, Hayward, Burks, Kanter and Favors. What do we have left? Garbage.
Exactly. The Jazz were either going to have a strong starting unit and the worst bench in the league, or a weaker starting group and passable bench.

Portland was in a similar situation last year and won 33 games. However, they have two all-stars in Aldridge and Lillard and a solid veteran in Matthews. We don't have nearly that same talent. But improve the depth and I could see Utah making a 15-20 game leap in wins. That won't put Utah in the playoffs, but it gets them around .500.
