its a few days away, figured it was threadworthy

a few rumors making the rounds today are Sam Bradford to the Vikings and the Rams are looking at either Greg Robinson or Manziel at #2

#72 Zach Mettenberger, QB LSU
#96 Kareem Martin, DE UNC
#108 Keith McGill, CB Utah
#148 Seantrel Henderson, OT Miami
#184 Deion Belue, CB Alabama
 
I might set up a Twitter this week just to tell all the guys the Raiders draft how sorry I am for them when they get drafted.

Them drafting Manziel would be nice though. I don't even care if they win anymore, I just want them to be a little entertaining.
 
Word is the Raiders really want to trade down from #5 and add depth, if Sammy Watkins or Kahlil Mack fall to them their will be alot of interest
 
Have heard that atlanta want to make a deal with houston so that atl can pick clowney

Patterson is such a beast. Looks different with the ball than anyone in the NFL.

Patterson is some crazy sort of quick twitch athlete, he moves like a tiny guy, we need to figure out more ways to get him the ball.

I'm nervous as hell about what my vikings are going to do at #8, i cant decide if i want to see fireworks or something safe

we definitely need a QB, but the defense desperately needs a bigtime Cornerback and Linebacker

If its a QB at 8 i hope its Bortles, if its Manziel im going to be this excited though

Is the draft starting today?
 
Odd for such a huge event to start on a weeknight instead of the weekend.
 
it's a 3 day event. it's pretty much considered the most anticipated non sporting sports event.

usually it was end of april, but they pushed it back 2 weeks. not sure why
 
love him or hate him - johnny football is the most talked about prospect ever since i followed the draft. can't recall anybody getting more attention this kid.
 
Looking forward to my annual disappointment when the Rams take a tackle instead of someone who can make plays. With their brutal schedule, I'm already thinking about them battling with Jacksonville and the Raiders for the first pick next year. Too bad, since they'll have a good defense and lose a lot of close games or give up a lot of points because the offense can't get past mid-field.
