Following potential 2014 draftees

More on Randles foot

Randle suffered the broken right foot in the second game of his senior season at Prestonwood Christian Academy in Texas and a screw was inserted into the foot.

According to several team executives, the 6-foot-9 Kentucky forward's broken right foot hasn't healed correctly

I feel bad for the kid but this pretty much kills any interest in me for him. I had just a small amount but heck maybe he is there at 23.

Don't worry he's denying all claims that he needs foot surgery.

Plus his godfather said this:

"Julius Randle’s Godfather says the former Kentucky star does not need foot surgery.

“No, he’s not having no surgery,” Jeff Webster told SNY.tv Thursday by phone. “There ain’t nothing wrong with his foot.

“It’s 100 percent false.”"

I'm not sure if he needs surgery or not after all of those double negatives.

The other factor that is hard to evaluate is complacency. Many players have "hunger" through their rookie contracts, then they get the big paycheck and just stop working. That was evident with AK.

Yes that is why I mentioned humans, being complex creatures. Some players have fake hunger like you mention and that is why drafting players can be tough to do.

The thing that worries me about Exum is that he hasn't played in a competitive league ever, just tournaments.

Picture if Andrew Harrison took the same route. If you look back in the thread, people thought Harrison was a sure-fire top 5 pick. It turns out he isn't even worth a look in the lottery. The same thing could have happened with Exum. It's just hard to know until you actually see them competing game after game in a full season. He could be the best player in the draft, or he could be awful.

Adam Zagoria: Some NBA Draft intel I've heard...Utah loves Dante Exum at 5, Sacramento likes Nik Stauskas at 8 & Charlotte likes McBuckets at 9

Mcbucketts would be a pretty great fit in Charlotte. Also, how good of a sign is it that he has a one word nickname? He is probably going to be at least decent in the nba. Just don't like him higher than about the tenth pick.

I like McDermott at 8 or 9. I think he is going to be a very good role player. People are not giving him enough credit and the Hornets are a great fit for him. They need shooters.

if andrew harrison would have played in austrailia last year rather than at kentucky would he be going top 5 right now?..... maybe

George Bush is dumb as **** and he became the President. Crazy **** happens.

Read it cuz it was posted and I read stuff that is posted on Jazzfanz, no matter how dumb. I still read The Thriller and Fabtrey's post. I don't know why. I guess I take pleasure in self-torture.

Who am I to judge? I'm a dude on the internet.

Youve certainly passed judgement on my intelligence during several occasions in my time here at Jazzfanz, are you now backtracking on that?

at a certain point i said 'enough of this' and decided to unequivocally let you know:

that if you had to walk a mile in my shoes, you'd fall and break your neck.

At what point in that post did I backtrack from anything? If anything I reinforced.

Judging by the need to show off how successful you are, I'm guessing you got some small *** feet so I would probably just get foot pains if I walked in your shoes.

Is size 12 small?

you wouldent last enough steps trying to walk a mile in my shoes, to get foot pain. It'd be a 1 and done situation

your obviously backtracking, you think im dumb. why not call me out on it right now, how is someone whos done what ive done dumb? you cant call it luck, ive made over 100,000 transactions in the past few years, with alarming accuracy

i bet you know alot of people you think are smart, whos portfolio's give them very marginal performance.

ive managed to extend great performance over a long span of time, in downmarkets, in bull markets, idgaf, im finding something worthwhile.

what do you do thats made you so holier than thou?

are you smart? why do you feel that way? hows it working out for you?

is there any evidence, or is it just something your mommy tells you?

I think you are starting to lose it a little. What does your accomplishments have to do with anything Jazz related. I find it funny when people get so mad about being called dumb. Everyone is dumb in something. I know nothing about physics. I am a complete idiot on that subject and other subjects. As far as basketball goes, I am not John Wooden but I've watched enough to have strong opinions about certain things regarding basketball. However, I still am wrong a LOT. No one knows everything and your opinion is just that your opinion. Just because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean he thinks you are dumb and if he does think you are dumb so what? If you are confident as you say you are then you shouldn't be getting so bent out of shape.

CT has his own style. He likes talking **** and there are times I think he tries to get under your skin and you fell for it. Just let it go man. Life is too short to be getting all worked up about someone's opinion. Have a nice day. Laugh .
