Serious question: Watching Favors hang around the SL team, tweet out to Hood and just seeing the body language and effort of these young guys, doesn't it seem like in 5 short weeks, Snyder has got these guys genuinely excited about playing basketball for the Utah Jazz?

Yes. Can't wait to get Hayward, Kanter, Evans and Burks on board too. It's going to be fun to watch these guys grow up and have fun playing basketball again.

He's right though. Hood could end up making Hayward very replaceable. That's a simple observation from watching Hood play. I'd rather have shooters/Exum/Favors/Max center than a cluster**** with our wings demanding minutes.
