You are missing the whole point. The problem is that not enough parents are properly teaching their kids about firearms while exposing them to them at the same time.

Why the hell is a 9 year old firing an uzi. That's stupidity of the highest level. As awful as this story is, at least it was just the guy who was the key figure in this stupidity who suffered death. About four years ago some other dumbass father let his 8 year old fire an uzi. Unfortunately for the kid, he suffered the ultimate price there. I'm not anti 2nd Amendment or anything, but anyone who lets a child fire a weapon with significant kickback is an absolute moron (significant for a child at least). Like a special sort of moron, though the poor 8 year old's father was actually an MD.

Proper teaching would be showing video of this dumbass dying and ordering kids to stay away from guns until they are 18. Teach with fake guns, empty bullets, videos, etc. DO NOT LET KID TOUCH REAL THING.

Also nothing is wrong with a gunless childhood. That doesn't mean that is the one that should be forced onto everyone.

Actually in many cases no I do not think it would. One would have to look at the circumstances of these deaths. For example how many are gang and or drug related? How many as the result of a violent crime? In many of these cases people would simply find another way to kill.

In cases like the idiot parent who left their shotgun loaded and unsecured and Tommy shot Suzy...yea it would. But so would responsible parenting.
 
Every child who wants one should be guaranteed an automatic weapon. It is an inalienable right.

you underestimate kids. i handled guns from 6 years old. seeing what it does to live animals. gives you responsibilty. knowing there are no take back, makes u respect the gun.

if a child of 8 never seen a gun. but has been playing call of duty. sees a gun in his fathers closset he will take it. and thats when accidents also happen.


i think if you dont want to yur young kids to know about guns dont have one.
if u have a gun you got to show em everything about it.

no it would not.

thanks to my gun knowledge i stopped a guy on out proerty once protecting my mom and sis.

also on antoher occasion did it do. even firing a warning shot.


nothing more scary then preteens comming out firing warning shot and stare you down
