1st off Jazz are going to win because it's preseason and bless there hearts, they think they're going to be good this year.

Secondly I predict Randle will sit on the bench and instead of receiving a towel he will be handed a superman coloring book and crayons.

Third prediction, Kobe will still have one of his eyelids half closed and will yell at the rookies for making "rookie mistakes" causing them to clam up over the next few years and ultimately will cause them to sign with a team that doesn't have a 36 year old child on the team that micro-manages their every move.

Last but not least, Byron Scott will have the shiniest bald head of any guy in the league and a well groomed mustache.

Umm, it would indeed need to be a homeless guy since Pau Gasol is now employed by the Bulls.

Starting five for the Lakers against GS were Wesley Johnson, Boozer, Nash, Kobe and Jordan Hill.

Main subs were Price (yes, THAT Ronnie Price) who got 33 mins., Sacre and Ellington (27 mins. each). Randle played 20 mins.
Granted they were missing a couple of players (Lin and N. Young), but the Jazz SHOULD win.
 
it is perfectly fine to disrespect the lakers by not completely knowing their roster. not only do you not need to apologise, but i commend you for it.
 
Will the Jazz shoot the three like they have so far this preseason? If so then the Lakers might not even show up for the second half.

I agree with this post, and I also want to add that I can't wait to see Burke abuse Byron Scott and Favors to go head to head against Arnold Schwarzenegger.
 
Just realized I made a mistake in my previous post when I implied Burke would be going up against Byron Scott. What I actually meant (and I think most Jazz fans will completely understand why I got these two guys confused) is that Burke is going to abuse Majik Jontson. I can't wait to see how Trey exploits his height, speed and BBIQ advantages. It's gunna be a bloodbath!

You forgot that Magic quit basketball after the Lakers wanted no more part of him and his ego as an advisor so he switched sports to become owner of the Dodgers. Although kudos to him for hooking up with that sleazy ho over in Clipper land and being a driving force behind the banishment of Donald Sterling. It's something to be quite proud of.

You can probably find Mr. Johnson catching up on the latest flicks in one of his movie theaters now that the pitiful Dodgers are on vacation.

Wow. So much to keep track of. You know what would be really funny? If the Lakers couldn't find any big men this season and they had to go out and sign someone like Carlos Boozer. Man, I'd die of laughter if that happened.

And if they had a ton of cap space but none of the major FA's even considered playing for them. Their best play might be to hit Jack Nicholson for a corner-3.
 
This is the 1st team we play where I actually feel like we are way better than them, so it should be a freaking blowout.

Or maybe it will be the first team that's as motivated as we are to win a preseason game. I agree with you that we should win this one, though.
