Fine, 34-48. Same thing I said the last 5 times this thread was created.
 
I predicted 37 wins before pre-season.....

They have looked good enough so far that im bumping it up by two games.

39 wins this season
 
Someone should post a link to the predictions we did a couple months ago, I can't find it.

My predicted range is 30-37, and i'm going to lock in with 34.
 
I had them at 35 wins in the prediction thread that was done not too long after the draft (around summer league?). I'm still sticking with that number, although I think there is a greater chance of exceeding that number than falling short. I would not be too surprised if this team makes a run like Phoenix did last year.

Starters are solid. I expect Hayward to bounce back in terms of his shooting and Burke appears to have figured out where the basket is. Favors is looking better offensively and there's no question Burks can get to the rim. The Big Turkey is still a mystery. If he has a good year, especially defensively, the Jazz could surprise a lot of teams. If he struggles again, Utah might land in the 30-35 win range.

What really has me predicting a jump in wins from last season is the talent off the bench: Booker, Gobert, Novak and Hood are all going to make solid contributions. Exum will struggle, but he really doesn't have to do much as the backup PG. Throw in Evans and Utah has 11 guys who all merit playing time. Last year Jazz had Burks and Kanter off the bench (both of whom should have started over RJ & Marvin, but that's a dead horse for another thread). Yes, Gobert too, but there's no doubt he's MUCH improved. Evans is Evans, so a wash there. Exum is certainly as good as Diante and we don't have to suffer through the Lucas/Tinsley debacle. Just add a few wins onto the front end and figure the Jazz won't quit like they did under Corbin the last 1 1/2 months...that should be good for 35 wins right there.

My preseason prediction was 38 wins. I'll keep it there.

I think the only way the Jazz don't win at least 35 games is if some of our key players such as Hayward, Favors, and Burke, lose substantial time due to injuries.
 
Lol at the idea of Novak bringing a positive contribution. His defense makes Kanter look like Bill Russell's. Only thing he brings is good shooting and goofy, whiteboy awkwardness. His defense is just so bad though. So bad.
 
Said 41 before the pre-season, it was hopeful thinking rather than being a prediction but I can now say that 41 is my prediction.
