I love him. He just seems like an average australian bloke that's snuck his way onto a pro basketball team.

I think he'll be great for Dante and he seems like a good interview. Not to mention he can definitely ball.

He kinda reminds me of Dillon Boucher if you remember him? Not a great athlete, but has high basketball IQ, does the little things well like being at the right place at the right time, good passer.

He also has a habit of being to win everywhere he goes. Took NZ to 4th spot in the World Champ one year, and won a couple of Aussie League titles IIRC.

DL signs players, not QS.

Bringing in Exum's idol is the out of the box thinking that QS is known for. I guarantee you it was his idea. But yes you're right anal retentive boy - DL signs the players.

Just so you guys know Ingles is an excellent 3 point shooter he was shooting mid 60% during the Fiba tournament,he has great vision and passing ability.
As for his FT shooting we may as all take them for him as we have more chance of hitting them. Makes Shaq look like Stockton at the line.
5 games 31.0 minutes per
FG 4.6/6.6 69.7%
2 PT 3.4/4.8 70.8%
3 PT 1.2/1.8 66.7%
FT 1.0/2.4 41.7%

Ingles has a PER of 3 and is shooting 16% FGs, 0-4 3pt, 1 rpg, but I'm loving all those things he does that don't show up in the boxscore. Baller, baby!

Can someone give me a good rundown of Ingles defense? Is this what we keep him off the floor? Could we see him at 4 in smallball line-ups?

Well from that article in Page 1, he spent a significant amount of time playing the 4 in Europe so I think he could potentially do it in the NBA ... I guess it will depends on match-up.

With Ingles here working with Exum, Dellavedova's days are numbered as the starting PG for the Boomers.

I didn't realize that he is a rookie. Especially when idiot Steve Brown keeps calling him a veteran. His handle is sweet and his bounce passes on the baseline are incredible.

He's a rookie in the NBA but he's played professionally overseas for quite some time. But yeah technically a rook.

I really like "Pa" Ingles... So far he's been a good addition. It's amazing he's been able to fit in so well already.

Just another "Brownism." Seriously, he might be a nice guy but his performance was completely unprofessional. Couldn't he have at least read the press guide before the game. Maybe looked at player numbers before crediting a 3 to Hayward instead of Novak, etc. If any of us made that many errors in a presentation we might be looking at unemployment. It was simply terrible.
