We have no hope of out tanking the tankmasterCrap, the Sacramento Kings have tanked themselves within a half game of where we are now. It's Corbin's revenge.
The Kings management is so cunning. I wonder what they have up their sleeves after this tank move.We have no hope of out tanking the tankmaster

Why not?
While I wonder if Izzo makes the tourney this year with his.. Coaching.Exactly. Cal's good at throwing monies at kids to recruit them while Izzo's good at ya know, actual coaching.
I wonder if Cal still has trouble sleeping at night for not fouling Chalmers.
You're stoned.
One of only two coaches, all time, to take three different teams to the National Championship game. He had only one first rounder on two of those teams.
5 final fours.
In the last 5 years he has;
Elite 8
F4
Runner-up championship
Championship
All done almost exclusively with freshman lineups.. and EVERYONE said he cannot win a chip that way.
96% home winning clip (96 - 4)
Here's your challenge.
Name ONE coach that has close to that resume in the last 5 years.
Or maybe you should start an argument you can win. Or, better, just stfu.
I'd much rather have Jerian Grant than Delon Wright.
Most of the elite coaches haven't gone to as many different programs as he has, and most haven't left leaving behind the problems that he did. I would be willing to bet he's one of a few amount of coaches who has gone to final fours at 3 different schools, only to have them taken away from him at two separate schools.
Cal is a great recruiter. He definitely gets outside help (this is pretty common, but he gets more than most, easy to see tbh). He's good at getting primma donnas to play defense and play together. He's not a good offensive coach. I don't see why it's so wrong to say that he's a much better recruiter than coach, cause lets be honest, teams with the talent that he has had should be winning most of the time. They should have those types of winning records. That should be expected with that talent. You're just being biased, which is expected, you're a fan…you should be biased.
Oh, and in response to what Cal has done…name one coach that has had as much talent as he has had the last 5 years. K is probably the closest, but he's in the waning years of his coaching ability…dude just doesn't have it. Sean Miller is a better coach than Cal. Give Miller that talent, and he has a better resume, IMO.
Wrong about Miller. I used to think so too.
Also, please read the bolded and enlighten.
IawtpIt's tough to evaluate college coaches based on championships... They are in a single elimination tournament at the end of the year... lots of randomness can happen.
Cal is a helluva recruiter and motivator (a major part of coaching) Xs and Os? there isn't anyone who is truly qualified to do a thorough evaluation on this message board. My guess is that he is more than adequate.
Realistically, what would we have to give up to get Russell?
Porzingis with another good scoring night for Seville in the Eurocup:
24 mins, 16 pts(7/12 FG, 0/2 3PFG, 2/2 FT), 2 rbs, 1st
it's the rebounds that frustrates me

Our souls to Satan. Small price to pay.
