The thing i want to see with Dante, that will make him great, is a explosive game every second he is on the court. He won't be able to do that for high minutes so it will take some time. I'm sure the coaches will be able to find the balance over time and undoubtedly it will take a breakout game...

How long would it take a player to significantly improve their shot, handles and use of the left hand. Is it something we should see gradual improvement in over a few years or could he get it down by mid-season?

For that Australian feel and a name that matches his first step and speed being reminiscent of a Kangaroo. Dante "Skippy" Exum. Or just call him Vegimite.

International players get a different criteria than local Americans i believe. Weird though because i would have thought it would be based on age and not location, but Exum has at least been training away from home in high grade facilities at an Elite/National level since he was 15.
