Why does it say the mods have to preview every post i write?

I am new to the forum and am wondering who exactly is PKM? and insider? or is it just an ongoing joke here at jazzfanz? Do you all take his hints and riddles seriously? or is he just a pimpled kid on the other side of a computer screen? Please share.
