Because we need a headcase center like I need a hole in the head.

    San Antonio or Oklahoma City

They also have they highest collective basketball IQ in the league. Good defense, smart offense and good shooting will blow the Jazz out everytime. Pops will take Corbin's lunch money and even a crippled Duncan will take Al behind the woodshed.

List of coaches Corbin is better than.

Jerry wasn't afraid to ruffle the players feathers. He held people accountable and let players know when they hadn't met his expectations. He might not have been every players favorite person, but he wasn't trying to be their friend. Everyone knew what their role was, and how they were expected...

    best Jazz big Man

Millsap has the most complete game right now. He would be even better with a defensive big man playing a majority of the minutes next to him. It won't take Favors long to pass him though.

A Brief History of #3 Overall Picks and Playing Time

Even if you agree that Al is better than Kanter (which I don't). There is no reason Enes should only be getting 14 minutes a night. There are 96 minutes available at the PF and C position. Give Kanter 17-20, Favors 20-23, Al 25 and Millsap 25. That leaves 6 minutes to give to the hot hand. Plus...

Jefferson & Favors vs. Favors & Millsap

I am afraid Millsap will refuse to come back, then the front office will panic and decide to resign BA in the name of "Continuity". If Millsap refuses to stay, I hope the Jazz let them both walk. I don't really even care if we get anything back in return at this point.

The only way the Jazz lose by 45 points....

A 45 point loss will also happen when you allow the the other team to beat you at your own game. "At tip-off, Houston staked a claim in the paint and defended it for 48 minutes." - ESPN Daily Dime If the Jazz's greatest strength is the front court and Jefferson/Millsap don't give full...

What would the Jazz record be if Sloan was still HC?

Sloan knew how to use true 3pt shooters when he had them (Hornacek). Wouldn't need the 3pt shot as much with a true vision on offense. Al would have been forced to play defense or ride the bench

Matt Harpring "Do we even have an ****ing offense anymore?"

All-Star for Utah twice 09-10 and 10-11 (before trade). And that was competing against better point guard competition -- Steve Nash, Chris Paul, Tony Parker. This year he is competing with Rondo, Irving, and the broken Rose and Wall. He isn't even a lock to make it this year. He might not even...

Matt Harpring "Do we even have an ****ing offense anymore?"

Debatable, he has to battle Rose and Rondo at the point guard spot in the East. He will get it this year because Rose is hurt. Plus throw in Irving and Wall when healthy. Deron is still one of my favorite players, but is not a lock for anything.

Matt Harpring "Do we even have an ****ing offense anymore?"

Because Al is a regular All-Star??? If he is such a great scorer, why hasn't he made an AS game? I agree he has good moves, but is too dependent on his jumper rather than fighting for position and punishing teams down low.

Chad Ford Chat - Utah Jazz

Phil Jackson gets (selective) amnesia. Forgets he retired. Forgets he would never coach in Utah with no star players. Remembers how to coach basketball (somehow). signs 3 yr deal. Frees Burks and discovers the next "Kobe". Turns Hayward into Pippen. Back to Back NBA Champs 2014/2015. Or...

    I love Al Jefferson Thread

That is part of it. Also taking lower percentage jumpers instead of fighting to the rim for layups.
