Now that you said it... yes... definitely something Jokic'ish about his shot.Edey's shot looks a lot like Jokic's to me. Anyone else see that kinda?

Maybe he's not a guy you build your team around but I don't see why Edey can't be a contributor similar to what Hartenstein is currently doing in New York? He's been productive in a major conference, has soft hands, and a good touch. Those types don't typically bust. It's usually the skinny Euros or bigs like Wiseman with no track record of success that bust.
Plus how well he shot from the FT line on a ton of attempts. 71.1% on 11.2 attempts per game for a guy his size is tremendous.I'm not truly buying it in a meaningful way but I think Edey has the most potential there based on SEVERAL clips I've seen on twitter. Pretty big sample.
Edey doesn't need to lose weight. He's pretty trim/sturdy.Put Edey on team Ozempic (Lofton, Sensabaugh) and let's see what can be done.
Sometimes a center with touch can improve as a shooter. Add some roaming defenders like Hendricks, Dunn and someone else and I think we have something.
Edey ran the floor fine and played big minutes.Yeah, but there's plenty of tape showing how well Sarr runs the floor. Running for a short drill isn't the same as getting up and down for 15 minutes. That's the question with Edey. Teams are going to push the pace on him.
LOL go read your posts from the mock draft when I picked Clingan for Atlanta. If I was Atlanta I'd move down to a lower spot in the lottery and take Clingan. Try to sell the top pick for a really solid starter and some draft capital. Clingan fits better for what they want to do and can be high level fairly quickly. Sarr might be the better prospect, but the Clingan fit is elite with Trae and will be the better player for Atlanta.
It's workout video szn and I'm hungry.LOL go read your posts from the mock draft when I picked Clingan for Atlanta.
