What is "non-guaranteed team option" all about? Is it just about the date when you need to pick it up? Like in 2026 offseason we have to pick up the team option somewhere early July which then guarantees the entire year, vs being able to wait until right before the start of regular season?

idunno, he doesn't completely suck, but with so many picks coming i can't see how there will be room in the future. (though i guess it was always planned to trade up with the picks, though it hasn't happened yet)
Springer has that air of tragedy to his offense. I really dont get why he's playing over Harkless, who, IMO, looked much better out there.
I'm willing to give Springer more time to see what he can do, but I do think Harkless was significantly more impactful defensively.

Springer strikes me as someone who could benefit from playing with the Stars a few games and being the Man.
Springer doesn't do much for me, on either side of the ball really. He's not skilled as a shooter, scorer or passer. He's a good athlete, but his defense isn't that amazing.
