Will Hardy having a ****ing meltdown in the press conference attacking unnamed young players that are almost certainly Keyonte, Brice, and Cody for not playing hard...

I mean, I get it, but also, this is the most shameless tank in NBA history. These kids should be playing harder to protect their careers, but they're also teenagers who are being told that they need to throw a game because they're not good enough to build around.

Human nature is going to come into play here a bit, man.

The second half was pretty brutal. I'm sure there were some life's lessons to be learned in that carnage.
 
The biggest concern with tanking is the allowance of bad habits a tank affords.

To a large extent I am fine with passing turnovers and missed shots, as young guys are figuring it out, but the consistent missed rotations on D drive me crazy.

How close is Hardy to losing the room?

Calling everyone out with mf bombs is fine now and then. When you'll play the same guys for the next 10 games with the same results... well.

they are not being told to throw games. the jazz youngsters are bad enough that they lose playing at 110%. I guarantee the jazz young guys are being told to give it everything they have. you tank by limiting the games and minutes of your best players. you always want the dudes on the floor playing hard.
 
We usually don't get blown out but Memphis beat the **** out of us. They were firing on all cylinders last night!

We had 13 turnovers which isn't awful for us and Memphis had 8. They crushed us on the boards so severely that even Oscar was limited in boards!

One of the rare games when Collier has more TO than assists. And Juzang has showed me he should be on this team long-term for cheap.

Kids are losing just like they are supposed to do, now you are criticizing them for not losing the right way?

Why the hell would they care what Hardy or the Jazz tell them? These kids know they are just a commodity to the Jazz, and probably won't be here in 1-2 years anyway.

The fans know it too, nobody cares about the team.
