Dunno, sometimes the circumstances are such that things turn out the way they do.
Remember the Dwight’s Magic team that made it all the way to the NBA Finals with “Skip to my lou” Rafer Alston at the point while Jameer Nelson was injured?
Jameer Nelson came back to play in the Lakers Finals series but couldn't replicate the “Magic” (punn intended) and got more or less swept.
Sadly though that was the only time that happened in the modern era of the NBA.
A once in a lifetime type event.
That team might have had the most top 50 players on its roster
