Yep and as it says near the end of the article, In a situation like this with a tenured judge who isn't/wouldn't be a flight risk the standard procedure wouldn't be to arrest on site. That is just unnecessary cruelty and showmanship being deployed.

Saw something saying that the FBI arrested a judge in Wisconsin in relation to an immigration dispute. Haven't done any deeper research into it but it seems like it might be a concern.
