Well we could be better.
Warriors sat Curry for nearly the whole season. They did what it takes to grab our pick.
This game tonight is the first consecutive games Lauri has missed in a month. (Which comes after our win against Houston BTW, correlation?)
I’m hoping this trend continues.
I’m not imply we’re bad at tanking but at this stage with NO historically bad we need to ensure we keep on track.
Good to see Lauri missing tonight’s game for example.
It’s the first time he’s missed consecutive games in a month.
In history?
I’ve just told you how the Warriors sat Curry for the rest of the 2012 season to give the rookie Klay playing time - in order to keep the Barnes pick.
We can easily do the same in sitting Lauri and Collins down the stretch.
I specifically remembered the Warriors sitting Curry for the rest of the 2012 season due to “injury” in order to out tank us to grab our pick that netted them Harrison Barnes. (via the coin toss that we lose)
They gave rookie Klay Thompson as much court time as possible down the stretch that...
So? It’s not only about age.
We’re going up against the historically bad NO.
Yet we’re still seeing Lauri and Collins every other game.
There’s no need for it when we need to give the likes of Cody some burn.
If it were any other teams they would absolutely do this, not sure why the reluctance from the Jazz?
Is it so that they can sell a few more beers and hotdogs?
I thought i was the only one thinking that.. lol..
Creepy.
Imagine him not having Jazzfanz to occupy his mind…. I think we’re saving him from a certain kind of life.
