I watch Cavs games and for me Don is a much better player than he was at the Jazz, in terms of managing the group, leadership. A good player make his teammate better and that's was he do. Not only working for his stats.

Think it's the right move. Just funny how our Cavs-Minny picks were gold value 3 years ago and how they failed fast. But if we are realistic Cavs pick have no value for the next 3 years and Minny not much, unless they got injuries or ANT request a trade.
