Which is weird because I'm pretty sure some reporter said that if summer league had been 2 weeks later then both of these guys would have played. Apparently not.
I think it's not so much about the owners as about the fans. The league will only be healthy as long as the fans don't get fed up and quit watching/buying. Teams being held hostage by players is not really good for fan interest.
Sorry, I was bored and went back to look at what people were talking about during last year's dog days of summer. Looks like this one didn't pan out...yet.
