The legal difficulties would pale in comparison to the logistical nightmare of rounding up 300M+ privately owned firearms. The financial and manpower resources required would be beyond prohibitive. And lotsa luck getting folks to voluntarily turn them in. Sent from the JazzFanz app

I have no problem with the concept of mandating or expanding background checks and/or training wherever possible. That being said... There are far too many guns already in circulation to hope that tightening up background checks at gun shows will solve the problem. This is a warm fuzzy...

Academics FTW! Srsly tho, USC and UCLA both should have won their bowl games (on paper). I love my Utes, but the PAC12 was, overall, a bit of a disappointment. Stanford was the lone standout. The rest of the contenders seemed to run out of gas at the end. Sent from the JazzFanz app
