Ok, I know this is going to be rightly criticized but you could make the 3 worth 2.5 points. It makes the scores messy but it does decintivizes the 3 point shot. You could push the 3 back a foot like everyone says and make the corner 3 worth 2.5.

The scouts find something they think works in their prediction models they tend to do group think in these things. I read somewhere having a father who played in the NBA is best indicator for success.

You could dance around the protections with the Lakers. Like move it from 4 to 3 or something for Sexton. For Kessler alone I would let them keep the number one spot and I would ask for the 2029 top 4 protected - that's a lot of value for us and it gives them something and they get a top 5...

Two years ago, we should of spent picks to move up to get Bilal. But that was still a guess. The road to rebuild is painful and not always magical.
