Fun fact. Maravich scored 31 in one of the Jazz first wins in Utah in 1979. They beat the Bulls coached by Jerry Sloan. Never forgave Nissalke for benching him that year. Didn't even play him on Pete Maravich poster night.

As I recall he was miserable in Utah. Didn't want to play there and was angry about the trade.

At least this will give me something to do during the season. The tank and race to the bottom might be highly entertaining. Bring it on Spurs!

Right, and then we would have missed out on all of Hot Rod's "Stockton to Malone' calls.

Dominique Wilkins was in that time frame too but it's hard to know where we would have drafted if we had those guys. If we had Magic and maybe Dominique would we have been able to draft Stockton or Malone? Would have been a monster team.

Shot just not falling, but playmaking has been pretty good. If Bruno could finish he would have had 10 assists. Saw some lucky kid get an Azubuike autograph.

Could be far fetched but I'm also wondering about the floor. He slipped and went down several times a game ago. Maybe it's affecting his game. For whatever reason he's struggling to create separation.

Maybe Ainge can talk them into Rudy Gay.
