Don't most ACL injuries take longer? At least before they are close to being 100% again. I remember Big Al missed that year when he was in Minnesota and then it seemed like it was another full year before he was back to 100% again. Maybe it's harder for big guys.
Locke vaguely mentioned that attending or watching summer league in Vegas would be interesting as well. The way he put it sounded to me like Lyles was going to be signed and it wasn't a trade, unless it was for another rookie.
