I think the Jazz are right in that Vanderbilt will be worth more than the 26th pick and a bunch of dead salary. I think that's the right read on the situation.

To take on all of Robinson's bad money, I'd need their pick to be farther out. I'd at least want Butler to get older before the pick conveys, because they'll still be contenders this year. I still think it's a bad idea regardless.

I'd only want to keep Clarkson, just because he's awesome. The rest need to go. Bogie, Gay, Conley, even young vets like Beasley. Gay and Conley will be tough to move though. I'm okay if Conley stays, the young guys will need someone to get them the ball in a good spot. Even rebuilding teams...
