Jazz have been showing some character and still losing the games. On stat sheet, this looks like an "L" from the TyCo era but improvement is there and just too obvious to miss.
This is a good move.
Time will tell if twas the right move but you have to take such decisions and live with the consequences.
I would not blame the Jazz top brass, even if things don't pan out the way they had foreseen.

Someone mentioned Gobert's youth, Kanter is actually "also" very young. (only 36 days elder than Gobert)
I tend to believe that it would be better if Exum played with the 2nd unit.
Kanter could be benched for the sake of getting a stronger 2nd unit, though!
