I wish him a healthy NBA career, it didn't work out here. Now I suppose we know the comment about 'something is happening in training'. It was to not get injured.
I also fully believe that Dante's management asked for a trade behind closed doors.
I'm not particularly saying Quin was wrong, or Dante was wrong. Just merely stating what I observed.
I even remember Dante disputing it for a split second on his way to the bench. You couldn't hear what Dante said, but it was obviously something along the lines of 'but I had the mismatch'. Quin...
I remember that. The emphasis for that game was to move the ball at all costs, regardless of situation or whether you had a favourable mismatch.
Dante was switched onto a favourable matchup where he could take a a big downhill, but Quin had none of it.
Reason for that pass at all costs...
I'm pretty sure we've all heard that Locke said something is happening, or probably more correctly isn't happening in training with Ex and he will get onto the court when it's fixed. From what I've seen:
1. On the offensive end, the game flies past him, and seems too quick for him...
Yep, totally agree with this. I love Don and Bogey, but I feel as though we would feel the impact of Rudy not playing more than if Donovan was to miss time.
Rudy Gobert is my complete and utter safety blanket. If he was to miss time(knock on wood he doesnt) I'd feel naked. And nobody wants that.
Rudy is averaging 16.8 points, 16.4 rebs, 2 blocks, shooting 65 percent in the last 5 games. For somebody who is classified as having no offensive game, that's pretty damn impressive.
Have you guys listened to Quin during the games? It's all Rudy. You can hear Quin yelling Rudy's name so much...
He's changing my outlook that I've created for him, from his past history. Its still only a quarter of the season, but things are certainly looking good at the moment. Will be interesting to see whether we actually offer him that decent contract you mentioned. How high would we go for him.
