I really enjoyed Raul Neto's play last night. I guess that he is allowed to get some run when the opposing starter is out and the matchup defensively isn't so harsh for him.
He looked like the Jazz best PG to me out there last night.
I'm not saying it isn't difficult. I'm saying only 2 teams have had a less successful run. 18 other teams have found a way to accomplish the extremely difficult, I don't think it is unfair to wonder why we have been unable.

When teams get graded for an offseason it usually comes down to the grader favoring one over the other. Jazz get high marks this offseason if you only look at process. Terrible marks if you only look at results.

I actually liked him from the first interview I saw of him. Just seemed so poised and charismatic.
So, I'm an oddball of the group. It was his offcourt stuff that first got me going. Watching him play has kept me there though.
I think we are all pretty excited about him. I think he's having the best summer of any rook since Deron. In the game tonight I kept wanting the team to give him the ball. Not because I wanted to give him experience, but because I wanted to win the game!
My only takeaway: Mitchell has pride in his defense. He loves to shoot, but, he also works hard on D. I was very impressed how low he got in his defensive stance. He works.
