    August 19 --> ENES KANTER's is staring now :) >>Turkey - Greece<<< LIVE MATCH LINK HERE :) <<<

    Turkey looks awful. I wish Kanter had some better players and coaches around him to practice with and learn from.

    August 19 --> ENES KANTER's is staring now :) >>Turkey - Greece<<< LIVE MATCH LINK HERE :) <<<

    Is Koufos with the Greek team at the moment? I remember him throwing down a few dunks in the last game of the season against the jazz and playing less like a frightened three legged cat. Hopefully he doesn't take a big ol' boom bitches all over Kanter.

    This Friday Enes Kanter and Turkey National team will be in germany for big tournament preparation

    I'm confused, so is the game on Saturday at 7am? Or other the other two games a 7 and 7:15am, because there is only 2 hours difference in the military times you posted.

    Armen Gilliam dies playing pick-up basketball

    That article is super vague. Was it just a sudden heart-attack or a freak accident while playing? Sad nonetheless.

    Jazz press conference at 3 pm (Utah time)

    Burks already suggested that he would be working with Hornacek. He said something to effect of "Coach Jeff is a great shooter, so I will work on my shot with him (lickslips) ya know"

    Huge Season Ahead--But Give it Time

    We will have plenty of time to be patient with the looming lockout. I really hope it is resolved quickly because I am excited to see this young team progress. I know it won't happen, but summer league would have been amazing this year. NBASL champs 2011!

    2011 draft.....

    Supposedly Kemba has a minor knee injury that could cause him to fall. Would love to pick him up at 12 if we go with Kanter or Williams.

    2011 draft.....

    I watched him play quite a bit this year, and didn't mind his game, but according to DX's article on the athletic combine results, he is anything but athletic. They put him dead last in their Athletic Testing Composite Ranking, and his pedestrian 31" max vert, and 3.33 sprint don't do much to...

    Kemba Walker vs Brandon Knight

    My original post was mostly written with the intent to call Westbrook an epic chucker without straying too far off topic. I do agree that Knight has a lot to work on (left hand, decision making), but I wanted to point out that he has the tools (athleticism, work ethic, intelligence) to become a...

    Kemba Walker vs Brandon Knight

    I've seen the highlight reels, and watched a lot of Kentucky games this year. While I don't think Knight relies on his athleticism nearly as much as Westbrook, I think his combine numbers show that he possesses the athleticism to get to where he wants on the floor, similar to Westbrook.

    Kemba Walker vs Brandon Knight

    Knight. He has the length, athleticism and intelligence to be a Russell Westbrook type player with more range and consistency and less of a tendency to chuck.

    2011 draft.....

    My hope for the draft: Swap picks with Toronto, while picking up their first round pick next year. Draft Knight at 5. Biyombo falls to 12, or take Singleton.

    2011 draft.....

    Anyone heard any word on when to expect the athletic testing numbers from the combine?

    2011 draft.....

    Article with some interesting information about Kanter: "He went 21-plus minutes on the treadmill test, and only five guys -- plus Enes -- [did that] and four of them were guards," Ergul told SI.com. "[NBA officials] said that was the first time in the draft in modern history that had...

    2011 draft.....

    I just don't see Noah when I watch Valanciunus. Noah looks very fluid for his size, with a lot of intensity. Valanciunus, despite being referred to as having a high motor, looks very awkward athletically, and seems to have a very high center gravity.

    Trick question. Hipsters don't actually like anything. Irony4lyfe.

    Kanter stood up Toronto, Milwaukee, and Utah for Interviews

    Now hearing Jazz will spend all day with Enes Kanter on June 2nd in Chicago. Will see him workout + interview. He's not dodging Jazz. Per Chad Ford. Let's find more stuff to blow out of proportion.
