This is true. But no-one is critical of George hill who is averaging 4.6apg as a starter and very experienced point guard. (also only had 1 assist today).

I can understand the jazz are in a position to want to win now, not just develop. However there is minutes available behind hill and it would be the perfect opportunity to develop a player such as exum without too much pressure on him against second team units or needing to play big minutes...
