Nope. Steve Clifford missed 6 games despite being fully vaccinated and having a positive test. CP3 ain't playing.

And there it is... CP3 is out for the WCF folks. It is the Jazz's year.

It depends on if hes vaccinated. If he is, even if he tested positive, the protocols were relaxed "a little" for those who were vaccinated. The other thing is, no other Suns players have been added to the protocol. I mean CP3 was literally just with his entire team yesterday at practice. I'd...

CP3 is head of the Players Association. Jalen Rose is fairly well connected within the NBA. The way he reported that seemed pretty "definitive" in terms of the way he said it. He wouldn't just throw something like that out on the air. Now, if CP3 really isn't vaccinated... Welp. Too bad Suns...

Exactly. Now, Jalen Rose reported earlier this morning that CP3 WAS vaccinated. So this probably will fall under the league's category of a reduced protocol. But still, if the Jazz can close this thing out in 6, and force the WCF to start on Sunday, the Jazz likely will face the Suns WITHOUT...

Jalen Rose just said CP3 was vaccinated. If he is vaccinated, it probably won't be the full 10-12 days of protocol like it was for Caris Lavert. I'm guessing CP3 would be out for Game 1 of the WCF if it started on Sunday, but he might play Game 1 if it were to start Tuesday next week, if he is...

Dude, the Jazz have no excuse not to win tonight and win this series. They HAVE to finish this in 6. They need to expedite the start of the WCF, because the Suns are an absolute cakewalk without CP3.

I thought that rumor was debunked? CP3 did go into the Stands in Denver and hugged his family after the Suns beat the Nuggets in Game 4, so if thats why... Then what a cruel twist of fate for him.

Dude, they have no excuse to NOT win tonight. This is it. We've been asking for years when luck will come on our side, and it has. This is the Jazz best shot.

This is it guys. The Jazz officially have NBA luck on their side. They will get to the Finals guys. No doubt.

Im telling you guys, this is AWESOME for Utah. End this series in 6 against the Clippers, and CP3 will be out for 2 weeks. Utah sweeps Phoenix with CP3 not there.

If the Jazz can protect homecourt, its a wrap to get to the FInals. CP3 likely will be out 2 weeks if he entered the protocol yesterday.

Theres the break the Jazz needed. Take care of home court in the Clippers series, and without CP3 for 1-2 games, the WCF will be a wrap. Suns are NOTHING without CP3. I am worried about a CP3-led team. Beating the Suns without him will be a cakewalk.

I think if that elbow doesn't "graze" Payne's face (it did look like in slow motion that Joker's elbow hit his nose), then its just probably a flagrant 1. I don't think the Nuggets were winning this game regardless though. Their PnR defense was absolutely atrocious. They kept showing both CP3...

Game Thread Jun 12, 2021 06:30PM MT: Jazz at Clippers - Game 3

The Jazz should ABSOLUTELY try to end this series as quickly as possible. You cannot think about things like that at this point. You do realize the NBA wants more than anything a Nets-Clippers Finals right? You cannot let this thing go long to 6-7 games if possible. You see what happened to...

No doubt, and they've done that in these playoffs. But I worry about doing that against a team with CP3 on it.

I don't disagree, but again, the Suns young core is in their first playoffs right now. They had to go up against the defending champs, and finished them in 6 games on their homecourt. Hobbled/hurt Davis or not, that is impressive. And Denver literally just destroyed a fully healthy Portland...

I think its both. The Suns, just like the Jazz, finished top 10 in both offensive and defensive efficiency, won 50+ games, had a top 5 point differential, and top 5 NET rating. They proved that in the regular season that they are a good team; obviously, the national media didn't think either...

The Suns lost to the Lakers in their final meeting in the regular season. You just claimed the Jazz haven't lost when fully healthy in the playoffs, and then said the Suns have. You are making no sense. Paul got hurt in Game 1 against the Lakers, then the Suns offense completely looked out of...

No offense, but this is such a silly argument. Paul got hurt literally in Game 1 of the playoffs. They've won 5 straight games and are absolutely obliterating their opponents. Look I underestimated the Suns because of their lack of experience and CP3's history of being hurt in the playoffs...
