The biggest thing I noticed when Deron was out injured those last few games was that Earl didn't have a problem getting the team to run. He ran constantly. This isn't all on Deron though, its tough to run if you don't rebound. Rebounding is killing us.

Yes he did. I would say 60% Cheers 40% Boos. Some on Kfan claim it was 75-25. It was for sure more than that, at least 2 to 1. Deron heard them and talked about them in his post game.
