10 Year Old Gets a Tat

I think the law should be that if you're too black that when the video camera has to zoom in so we can get a better look at your tat and we still can't see it clearly, you can't get a tat. That should warrant 5 years in Juvie for JaQwan at least least.

Not sure how I really feel about it. The mom says, "What do you tell a 10 year old when he asks..." Ummm... No? You are his mother.

On the flip side, I don't see much harm done here. Did she really deserve to get arrested?

What do you think CJ? Allen Iverson Jr?

It is not causing any harm to society. They paid for it so they put money into the local economy. They are not abusing the child and the parents are ok with it so people should butt out. People and government need to stay out of other peoples personal lives. Exceptions being danger to society, abuse, drugs yadda yadda yadda.

Isn't it painfull? So in my mind exposing your child to unnecessary painful procedure could be considered child abuse. Child at 10 years of age can't really decide on his own what it is right or not to do with your body...I think I am with law on this one.

He was paying homage to his brother. They need to let it slide.

So does slapping your kid into football pads and sending him onto the gridiron to get knocked around but nobody considers that abuse.

The govt simply needs to butt out on this one.

I hear extra estrogen like compounds in our drinking water have serious effects.

When did America turn into a nation of soft pansies?

I see nothing wrong with this.

I bet he could sue his mom when he gets older if he wants to. All he would have to say is I was a child and didn't know any better and I don't want this anymore. It's not going to happen, but he could.

I agree with that post, guy.
