Jazz are doing some private workouts with college underclassmen who can return to college if they opt out of draft.

The first pre-draft workout that media will be allowed to attend (only to conduct interviews, not to watch) takes place next week.
 
"PIT Most Valuable player A.J. English measured 6'3.5 in shoes with an impressive 6'9 wingspan. The 23 year old scoring guard lacks a strength for a soon-to-be 24 year old, weighing only 180-pound at the moment, but his length certainly helps his cause."

It's a pass for me.
 
Peters could be your typical nonathletic stretch 4 in the NBA. He didn't improve much from soph to junior season though.
 
I can't find the 6th guy at the workout, Jazz usually have 6.

This first workout is typically used to train the coaching staff on how to run the workouts so they are ready for the higher rated prospects.
 
We stick with our guns and workout 95% of the second round guys and potential undrafteds
 
I trust the process. It may not be flashy, but DL has had great success since he took over. See Gobert and Hood. To a lessor - unproven degree, Lyles and exum.

Here's to more diamonds.

between his soph and junior season he became a more focused on players on opposing team scouting reports. I would hardly call him unathletic either. Might not be in top part of athleticism but he is no slouch either. His best bet is to transfer for another year since he will graduate and would not have to sit out a year

Jalen Jones has a 6-11 wingspan and weighs 225.
Marcus Gilbert shot 38% from 3 on nearly 7 attempts per game. He has a similar build to Jeremy Evans.

Ryan Anderson,F, Arizona, No, its a different Ryan Anderson- played 3 yrs at BC,
Trey Freeman, G, Old Dominion, 6-2 with 6-4 wingspan. Scored the 3rd most points in all of NCAA last season.

Thomas Walkup, G/F, SFA, NR ncaa sr "Southland's version of Draymond Green" led the ncaa in Win shares.
Matt Costello, F, Michagan St, DX #69 ncaa sr- Scored 22 points with 9 rebounds in his last game when Mich St was upset by middle Tennessee.
Andrew White, G/F, Nebraska, DX #25 ncaa jr (41% 3pt)scored as career high 35 against Penn st, shot 6 of 10 from 3. (Played in 44 games for Kansas 12-14 (averages 5 mpg.) sat out 14-15.
