What's new

59 and 20 - Anthony Davis

That's nasty. Do you think he'll ever push for a trade? I guess he'll only be 27 when his contract ends, but the Pelicans seem like they are going to forever be one of those middling teams.

Unless things have changed, he's just not the type to push for a trade... but it wouldn't surprise me.

Pels will have plenty opportunities to get on the right contention path until his extension is over.
Speaking of which: Seems like he's now really committed to making one of these All-NBA teams to meet the last possible Rose provision criteria.

Indy, show me just how much UK pull you have and speak to the kid about coming to Utah. I love Favors but Davis would take this team to a whole 'nother level. Trade them Favors and a couple 1sts (one ours, one OKC). I think we could win it all with him as a first option, Hayward as a 2nd, Hood as a 3rd and Exum and Gobert bookending it.

No way Pels trade him for ANYTHING.

Yeah, that's what happens when your power forward are Marcus Morris, Anthony Toliver, and Tobias Harris.
