Just updated the JazzFanz app and in the description it said "bug fixes". I did it and now there is ads on the app?

I'm all for helping the site make money but the placement of them was poor decision making.

There should have been ads all along so I guess that's one of the bugs. Not sure I like the big ad at the beginning if audio is defaulted on so looking into it. Tapatalk runs our app and I asked them why the ads we expected weren't working and they made the update for us. Otherwise it's an update from v5.0 to v5.2 of their code (on iOS).

Update: I believe "video" ads have been removed now. Again, I hope this doesn't negatively impact the experience. I'll continue to tweak and improve things but am grateful for the continued support. You should see a large ad when you open the app and then just embedded small banners as you're using it, just like the website.

I do not see the large ad when I open the app. I do see the small banner ads though.

Again, my goal with advertising is to include it but not have it be all over and take over the experience. The large opening ad appears once per load and then sprinkled in banners is all you should experience. The sprinkled in banners is similar to most other social sites I hope. Many that know the history of JazzFanz will know that I take the experience pretty seriously but we also have to cover costs. On the website experience, you'll notice only three ads total on any page load. I hope this is a good balance but keep the feedback coming. Thanks for continuing to support us.

I have no problem with the current set up of ads.

I'd guess he sort of falls out of bed as his feet likely don't touch the floor.
