Any help about lockout would be appreciated

I am gonna prepare a small project about lockout in my human resources class. So i will relate the lockout problem to the human resources issues, like the owners couldnt agree with players and else.

I searched a little bit but i couldnt find a good website to get information about this years lockout by details. I dont know how did the problem occur, is it both sides or one of the sides are more difficult to come to an agreement, and how long does the contract last in nba (what is the probabile next lockout if they agree this year)

So i would appreciate if anyone send any link where i could find useful information about lockouts details not only from the basketball aspect but also the management and business aspect.
