Anyone juicing?

So I watched this documentary on Netfix called Fat, Sick and nearly dead. It's about a guy who cures himself drinking only juice. So anyway I got sucked in and bought a juicer last week. Anyway I am now a believer, it's gotten me off soda and eating crap. It's given me alot more energy too. I drink one for breakfast and lunch. I'm also trying to help cancer proof my body by juicing the superfoods. So does anyone who's experienced know any good tips or recipes?

Was born in quite a healthy family, been juicing ever since I can remember. In my opinion any fruit or vegetable with high water content usually makes for a decent juice. Try getting some carrots at the local farmers market and throwing em in the juicer, not particularily a veggie fan and it still tastes good.

I have a Juicer and use it a few times a month. I like it but the clean up time is overwhelming after the new factor wears off. It is much easier just to go to Costco and buy Organic Juice of different kinds. I buy a lot of fresh produce and I juice when I think it is going to go bad and not get eaten. I will admit nothing tastes better than fresh fruit freshly juiced.
