Just heard that Boozer will be in studio with Collin Cowherd on Monday.
Wow, that's almost enough to make me want to listen to Cowherd. Almost.

Actually, Cowherd generally likes both Utah and the Jazz....I'm not a big Cowherd fan either.....he comes off as such a know it all...and thinks the modern day athlete is far superior in all facets of the game than those in previous decades! He will probably encourage Boozer to go for a max deal, leave the "backward" ways of Utah....and sign with a more "hip" team! When he makes bogus predictions he never admits to them or apologizes but somehow spins it so that he looks good and all the rest of his listeners are dummies! One of these days shortly, he's going to crash and burn, just like Tiger Woods and the NBA....and I can't wait for that day to come!
Booze's shameless plugging for himself is pretty gross. And I am pretty pro-Boozer.
Same, always liked that show. Dont always agree with him, but I like how he handles it all.Not me. BIG Cowherd fan here.
Your trying to get yourself a raise at your job is pretty gross. And I am pretty pro-MrBlue.
You have to understand that all of this self-plugging in the media does NOT help him get a raise. The only thing he could do is play well and let his agent sell GM's on him. This makes him seem desperate.
People that listen to sports radio for more than 'the drive home' really needs to take a step back and rethink their lives. Really? Why listen to speculation and conjecture all day/every day when most of it is just flat out wrong or made up? I mean... When Boozer was signed by the Jazz, I was flipping through the channels and landed on ESPN for a minute or two to check the dealings in the NBA and saw the headline "Boozer signs with Utah". I was shocked, to say the least. I turned on 1320 and was going to listen to details and all they had was pre-college football workouts on. I called them and told them what I saw on ESPN and they (the host) said that he was on ESPN.com and didn't see any of it. I told him to turn it on the TV... after the next break they 'broke the news' about the Boozer signing.
If they aren't even fully aware of their own team, why the hell are people even bothering to listen to them? It's nice to hear interviews, or talk about current new players, but really? Sports radio?? If you want to hear talk radio, turn on Phil Hendrie or something like that. People just waste time listening to sports radio. At least listening to Beck, Limbaugh, or Hannity you can get a laugh or two.
