I'm hoping the Knicks throw everything they have to get him and we get to watch those pampered, obnoxious Knick fans cry about how mediocre their team is for the next several years and Melo wastes away toiling on a team that has no assets, no role players, plays 0 D, and go basically nowhere.

Nets are dumb to trade for mellow, so are the Knicks. The Nets should just build a young core, like they are, and sign someone who wants to play there. Knicks can just wait for the off season without giving away their whole team to denver to get him 20 games early.
