It aint the Celtics if they dont make it hard on themselves all the time. Just got to hope that the Thunder is good enough to put LeChoke away if he gets to the finals
 
Lebron can be so sick when he wants to be. I've never seen someone so big and athletic with those skills.

Yet... I've never seen anyone so talented play so soft and unfocused at times. The way he's constantly deferring when games get close is unreal. Yet, the way he can just blow people out of the water is just amazing.

As long as Miami maintains leads on people, Lebron is incredible. But as soon as they fall behind or things get tight, he essentially disappears. Unbelievable.
 
I think Miami will win in game 7. Bosh coming back is a huge plus.

Boston is going to look back at this playoff and wonder what if???

What if Green hadn't blown his ACL at the start of the year?

What if Avery could have played?

Then again, Chicago is probably saying the same stuff...

Then again, Dallas is probably saying the same stuff, "what if we hadn't let Chandler leave?"

Could LA with Odom beaten OKC? They obviously had opportunities without him yet squandered them....
 
Gotta hand it to LB, that was maybe his best game I've ever seen. He was doing things he did not do in years past, particularly shoot right away off a pass and post up Kobe style. Still, Boston missed so many easy shots in game 6. So many.

I think Celts win G7. Which would kind of suck a little for Utah as 2 rings would result in Rondo permanently ensconced in the Garden.

Big whoop. They still took less money in order to make it happen, and they played out their contracts.

Compared to Carmelo forcing a trade, and doing it to get as much money as possible before the new CBA, and thereby screwing his new team, I have no problem with what the heat did.


As for who I'm rooting for, I hate KG and Rondo, but I do like PP. I like Lebron , but Wade already has a tainted championship, so it's kinda a toss up for me.

I'd rather watch Lebron in the finals, so I'll root for them.
 
Don't really understand the defensive scheme on Lebron tonight. Why pressure him so hard? Lay off and make him shoot jumpers, that should always be the plan.
 
I'd be tempted to give Bosh the game ball. Dude was huge tonight. Not to take anything away from LB. But those 3s flat out ruined the Cs D.
 
Even though I was rooting for Miami, I have to admit I was a little sad seeing things end for Boston, considering the fact that it will be the end of an era for those players and fans. Almost like watching the death of something. Weird.
 
^ agree. I don't care anything for the Celts .. but they were special players, regardless how they were assembled.. KG, Ray, Pierce ..

I am not a huge fan of Paul Pierce. Don't really disklike him or like him either. I like Ray "Jesus" Allen. Don't like Rondo or Garnett's attitudes. Made them hard to root for.

I think it's about time people got over LeBron's decision/abandoning Cleveland/Gonna win 6,7,8 championships etc.

He is probably the most exciting player to ever play, & isn't a jerk (at least not to most superstar standards). I find Wade & Bosh harder to like than LeBron.
