Could San Antonio miss the playoffs

I know it's early, but San Antonio has not looked very good. Their two wins are by a total of 3 points combined. The West is just sooooo deep: Dallas is in the 9th spot right now. Just 1+ week into the season and Pops already had to rest Duncan and Manu for a game. Is this the year Father Time FINALLY catches up to them?

They have a fine combination of vets and young guys, so I suspect they will be in the playoffs and winning games throughout the season to get there! What concerns me the most about the Spurs is Ginobbli, who's outside shot seems to get worse and worse as he gets older! However, they have enough depth to replace him and his turnover prone tendencies anyway! They still win most of there home games and probably another 10-15 road games....that should put them over 50 wins and a spot in the big dance!
