According to one of Germans biggest newspapers (its trash but nvm) Dennis Schröder will stay in Germany and not attend the 2013 NBA Draft. He told that he is working out 3 times a day at the moment.

Strange. When he wasn't invited to the draft green room I wondered what he would do. He is expected to go 1st round so he could show up with his agent like a few other players. The team that selects him is going to want to interview him and get him in town right away, what time will it be in Germany? Will he jump on a flight the next morning?

Hey man!! Long time no see!!! Welcome back!!!

Yeah I think this is good news for us though. He was supposed to be working out for HOU the day before the draft. The fact that he's no longer working out for them seems to mean that the interest is fading....

I still think we don't over think it and grab him at #14...

BOOM!!!

I think #14 is too high. I say get a big at #14 and then Schroeder or Larkin at #21. One of those guys will drop to us. Schroeder MIGHT have the potential to become a starter in a few years. Larkin is better now, but will always be a backup. Either way, we can fill 2 of the PG spots with the #21 and signing Tinsley for another year. Then the Jazz use FA to either bring in a starter or just sign a 1-yr interim guy until picking someone up at the deadline via trade.

I wouldn't count on it... Bucks could take Larkin, BOS could take Schroeder... Not to mention the Hawks looking for a solid backup PG.

Btw a comparison for Schröder's (realistic not daydreaming) upside I just came up with is Jameer Nelson offensively(Solid contributor. Willing passer. Does a little bit of everything) and Rondo defensively.

I see George Hill.
