After a weekend of organised far right violence across the UK, it leaves me with some very disturbing thoughts;
1. How can this be happening? how are the lessons of history lost on so many.
2. How much of it can be blamed on the former Tory government and their media supporters at Newscorp?
3. It is fairly clear that social media has been a focal point for radicalisation and organisation for these groups how is this stopped?
What sparked this weekend of violence was a triple murder committed by a 17 year old boy, who was born in Cardiff, far right agitators blamed it on an immigrant and it sparked a pogrom across the UK against foreigners. New prime Minister Sir Keir Starmar is a former barrister and Director of Public Prosecution in England and Wales, has promised swift justice, (I believe it will be, Starmar strikes me as very measured and methodical, it will be interesting to compare what happens in the UK with January 6th) what are the forum's thoughts and reactions?
