9% Debt/value (Includes arena debts.) Does this mean they have $78 mil in debt? I assumed everything was bought and paid for.
$36 mil - Gate reciepts (Includes club seats.) Does this mean gross ticket sales? Does the other $110 mil come from TV, the fanzz store and profit sharing?

$91 mil - cost to build arena
$15 mil - cost of new jumbotron
$46 - avg ticket price

Says Jazz lost $3.9 mil in 2011 and $16.4 mil in 2012. Peaked last year at $32.7 mil operating income.
