Um, okay. The tech might have factored into the Jazz losing by 2pts., but thanks to the league for clarification.
That tech was ridiculous to begin with. Burks was lying on the floor. He went to help. The end.

It was actually Snyder's fault. Briggs signaled for Snyder to call a 20 but Quin didn't think he needed to. Rookie coaching mistake. But yeah, a dumb rule that needs to be changed. And the refs didn't have to call it in the first place; they have discretion. With a player lying in pain on the floor, you'd think they would have let it go.

The rule is dumb and should not be enforced. I bet there are alot of times when another trainer has went onto the court to see to an injured player in a situation just like that and not received a tech
