Happy New Year

I hate fireworks.
Had to work today at 5 am and due to all the fireworks last night my dog was terrified and jumped up on the bed and scratched me so I had to put him in the bathroom with the fan on. Then right after I fall asleep again my daughter comes into my room asking what all the noise is about so I had to get her back to bed and then get back to sleep myself

Yeah, I don’t think we’ve done jack the last few years. Don’t even care about New Years. No way I want to go to bed at like 12:30am and wake up at 6:30am to three needy children.

My daughter planned a new years party of sorts, so we stayed up till the new year, both my wife and I grumpy as ****. Then slept till noon. Getting old sucks.
