This is turning into a monster. Upgraded to a cat 4 with 15-20 foot storm surge. There's also the strong possibility it could get to a cat 5.

That escalated quickly - I read a few days ago that they think it could hit Cat 3 after going through the Gulf if things were dicey. Didn't think it would be nearly a Cat 5.

Looks like the Beaumont/Port Arthur area is going to take a direct hit.
