What's new

I am going to vote for McMullin or Johnson because

Johnson votes are widely considered to be votes taken away from Trump's base.

The margin of defeat would have been even worse for Hillary.

I think this is highly debatable. The polls I see show Johnson pulling from both but Clinton more.

Also Cunning Linguist. I proudly voted Johnson. Your attack is trash and so was your candidate.

Or because the rich only compare about themselves and the poor and uneducated are too ****ing stupid.

Trump got more minorities than Romney. Hillary wasn't exactly inspiring anybody to go out and vote. Plus the middle class has been **** on for the past 16 years, so what did you expect?

Hillary lost because she was a bad candidate. Hillary lost because the left media has cried about every possible offense for the past few years, and people finally got sick of hearing about it. The reason Sanders and Trump were so popular is because they were different, they weren't the "establishment"...people want change. Now they're getting it, we'll see if it works out. Hopefully we can all get along during this, but from what I've seen, neither side wants to get along. You can't blame all the division on Trump...a lot of this is the liberal medias doing.

No doubt, Hillary stinks and her campaign was awful but I never blamed Trump. I blamed the dumbasses of this country. For example, she lost by 28 points among uneducated white women.

Every single person I know that is highly educated and wealthy voted for Trump.
It's not just trashy people as your post implies.

Fair enough. I was quoting the post I quoted .. didn't see the earlier one.

I'm just having fun with you, btw, you've been an emotional easy target. LOL

I have three moods. Chill. Angry. Sad. I'm more chill than anything over this tbh. Just doesn't appear that way.

people want change.

I agree with this. I once heard a saying that was something like "the grass isnt always greener on the other side."
I have lived 39 years in this country and been pretty damn happy. Never wanted to live anywhere else. I think america is the greatest country in the world. But apparently that isn't good enough so now people want change whether for better or worse. People need to be careful what they wish for.

Sounds like rich white dudes voting a for a rich white dude who, as president, plans to help rich white dudes out with tax breaks.

Makes sense to me.
